Nicole Arnold

Nicole, MFT, received her Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Connecticut State University in 2016 with a concentration in Gestalt Therapy.  Nicole is experienced in providing individual, family and group mental health services in outpatient and residential settings, with a focus on eating disorders and personality disorders.  Nicole has received extensive training using systems theory, which is an integrated approach that explores behavior patterns and human experience of individuals as part of a group or family.  Nicole also includes other approaches such as experiential, cognitive behavioral theory, Gestalt, and other psychodynamic approaches.  Nicole tailors her approach to the specific needs of each client and assists families and individuals to overcome problems affecting their relationships while gaining a deeper sense of connection to one another.
